Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal university was established as a state university via U.P. state government notification no. (10)/(865)/15/(75)(85)/64 dated 23 November 1973. The university has been upgraded to central university through an Act of Parliament i.e. The Central Universities Act 2009. The university, as a result has been entrusted with new obligations to guide its students, faculty and all other stakeholders to reap excellence in academics and try for all round improvement of college students. Considering its inception, the college has shown dedication in the direction of nearby and community improvement. Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun was set up on 27th January 2005 by means of government of Uttarakhand via the Uttarakhand Technical University Act 2005. There are 8 Constituent and 132 affiliated colleges with 33,000 college students in diverse programs. The Bar Council of India is a statutory body that regulates the legal practice and legal education in India. It was created through Parliament under the Advocates Act, 1961. It prescribes requirements of professional conduct, etiquettes and exercises disciplinary jurisdiction over the bar.
